ALEC Students Gain Insight in the World of Ag Mechanics

By: Patricia Ward Five Agricultural Science majors work as judges’ assistants at the Junior Ag Mechanics show at San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo. As a judge’s assistant, the students have the opportunity to work side-by-side with judges as they place contestants’ projects at the mechanics show. ACT Travels to Kansas for Professional Development Conference

By: Patricia Ward After having their flight delayed by winter weather and racing through airports trying to make their next flight, six ACT members and their sponsor, Holli Leggette, Ph.D, made it to Kansas for the Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow Professional Development Conference.
